Facility Solutions is a locally based national building maintenance company located on Cut Throat Lane, Hockley Heath.

We are currently recruiting for an Office Support Manager whose responsibilities will range from assisting the MD with daily admin duties to organising and managing various systems and processes, as the company grows.

This is a newly created role that would suit someone who has previous experience of this type of work, is highly organised and confident using computer-based accounts and administration applications.

We offer a competitive pro-rata pay scheme with flexible hours of between 24-40 hours per week, during normal office hours (8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday).
